A little of this....a little of that!
This is just a reminder that we will be closing New Year's Eve day at 2 pm. We will be CLOSED on New Year's Day, but will be back to our regular hours on Saturday.
On the New Arrivals front.....
We received a new collection of sock yarns from Opal called Antonia - self striping, and some bright colors too.
We finally received some more colors in Misti Alpaca Tonos Worsted. This is a blend of alpaca and merino with nice saturated kettle-dyed looking colors. Beautifully soft and great colors.
For the Super Bulky knitters, we have Cascade Magnum which is very similar to Twinkle. One skein and a size 17 needle would make a super chunky, super quick, super warm cowl!
We’ve also added to our selection of colors in Cascade 220 Superwash!
More than likely, this will be our last post for 2009.

We're starting to post Winter Classes!
We've had lots of people asking about the classes for winter.
We're starting to post them online now! As I get the information from the instructors, I'm putting them in the online section.
Once we get all the class information, I'll be sending out the class list to everyone that is on our email list.

Happy Holidays!
Just a reminder that we will be closed December 24 and December 25th. Our normal hours will resume on Saturday, December 26th.

Fabulous Frabjous!!!
It's been a while since we had a restocking of fiber from Frabjous Fibers, but look what showed up today.......!
We have hand-dyed braids in both BFL and Merino! Wonderful colorways and super soft - and I've spun plenty of their fiber and will say that it is wonderful to spin too!!

Behind, once again......
.....or maybe that should be "Behind, still....."
I just wanted to get a quick drive-by post in.
Last week we received a few new books - Magnificent Mittens & Socks and Respect the Spindle plus restocks of our favorites. We also have more of the Namaste Bags in as well as more of the Namaste Buddy Cases (including the newest RED color).
We're expecting some nice goodies in this week including some much needed fiber (batts and braids), some beautiful shawl pins from Designs by Romi, and more!

Last SP-IT Nite for 2009 is this FRIDAY!
Our last SP-IT Nite for 2009 is this Friday, December 4th.
What is SP-IT Nite? SP-IT Nite is Open SPinning and knITting that we hold on the first Friday of every month from 2 pm to 8 pm. This is a great time to socialize, snack and get some good knitting, spinning or crocheting time in! Remember, there is NO FEE to attend.
To celebrate the holiday season, we will be having a potluck for the December SP-IT Nite. If you can, why not bring a dish to share with the group? (Totally optional though - not a requirement to attend!)
